The Toccoa Police Department report for June 16 - June 22 includes the results of a Safety Checkpoint.
ConnectLocal will now be publishing all Blotter, Incident Reports and Booking sheets in image format so that all information is as supplied, and all data included, or omitted, is exactly as provided to ConnectLocal.
Items on supplied reports that are redacted by the supplying agency (typically in the case of charges against minors) show as a wholly-redacted entry on the report. ConnectLocal will also redact from each report entry certain details such as street number on incident location addresses, witness and complainant's names, officer/deputy names, and names of subjects against whom no charges were filed.
Images of report pages can be clicked on to enlarge to screen size. To enlarge further, pages can be downloaded by right clicking on the image and saving to your computer or device.
Please feel free to contact ConnectLocal with any concerns or suggestions regarding this new style of Incident and Arrest report publication as we change to this new format. We will be deciding in the coming month, based on reader input and interest, whether to continue to provide the online searchable database in addition to the weekly reports.
Listed charges are alleged crimes - all individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. ConnectLocal makes every effort to publish not only arrest reports, court dockets and indictments, but court adjudications, including pleas, settlements and convictions, and dropped or reduced charges. Any individual who has been included in a published law enforcement or court report by ConnectLocal and does not see record of their dropped charges or other legal resolution is invited to provide documentation of such to be published in the next appropriate court or law enforcement report published by ConnectLocal.News. firstname.lastname@example.org.
